Dispenser Design
With its curved structure and elegant style, the OptiServ® is a natural addition to the Bay West® Silhouette® line of coordinated dispensing systems. The OptiServ® Hands-Free dispenser features durable plastic construction for years of commercial use, and for those environmentally conscious consumers, some internal components are made of up to 15% recycled materials. The OptiServ® is available in five translucent color choices and will nicely complement our Revolution® and Dubl-Serv® tissue dispensers as well as our OptiSource® soap dispensers which are available in matching colors.

Hands-Free Dispensing
The OptiServ® dispenser only requires you to touch your personal towel, thereby reducing the chance for cross- contamination from touching commonly used surfaces such as levers, buttons, or cranks. The OptiServ® reduces contact with potentially harmful bacteria and maintains hygiene. These attributes make the OptiServ® dispenser ideal for healthcare, food preparation, and high-traffic facilities where cleanliness is highly important. 

Controlled-Use Dispensing
The OptiServ® Hands-Free dispenser offers usage control, which saves maintenance time and costs. With each pull of the slightly exposed towel, the OptiServ® dispenses and cuts a pre-measured 11-inch towel. This feature encourages users to take only the toweling that is needed, which reduces unlimited use and waste. The OptiServ® dispenser accommodates up to an 800-foot roll and has a unique stub roll feature that allows service staff to insert a new roll, which self-starts only after the stub roll is completely used. This feature optimizes the capacity of the dispenser and saves maintenance time." 

ADA Title III Compliant
The OptiServ® dispenser is ADA Title III compliant when installed according to the guidelines outlined in the ADA Standards for Accessible Design. Paper is easily dispensed from the OptiServ® with one hand, with less than 5 lbs of force, and without tight grasping, pinching or twisting of the wrist.
